Can-to-Curb Service – FAQ

What is can-to-curb service?

We take your trash and recycling cans to the curb on pickup day and return them after collection - so you never have to think about it.


What’s included in the service?

  • Weekly trash + recycling curb placement
  • Return of cans after pickup
  • Up to 2 cans included (standard household)

What days do you service?

We service your home based on your town’s scheduled trash and recycling days. For Sturbridge Lakes this is Thursday/Friday.


What if there’s a holiday or schedule change?

We automatically adjust for holidays and schedule shifts - no action needed on your end.


Do I need to be home?

No. As long as your cans are accessible, we will handle everything.


Where do you return the cans?

We return them to the same agreed-upon location (side of house, driveway, garage area, etc.). Photo documentation may be used to ensure cans are returned to the correct location.


What if I have more than 2 cans?

No problem - additional cans can be added for a small monthly fee.


What if my cans are blocked or inaccessible?

We’ll do our best, but service may be skipped if cans are obstructed (cars, gates, etc.). Providing a phone number will allow us to get in contact should there be any issues. 


What happens in bad weather?

We still operate in most conditions. Extreme weather may cause delays, but we always prioritize safety.


Can I cancel anytime?

Month-to-month plans can be canceled anytime. Longer memberships are prepaid and non-refundable.


Do you offer one-time service?

Yes - we offer one-time or temporary service depending on availability.


How do I sign up?

Choose which plan you'd like and complete the registration process. You will recieve a confirmation email. We also offer SMS notifications so you can track your trash (if you're into that!).
